When you use your club software via the App or the Web Portal, you search and share information with your club and MobiCom. As you use our services, we want you to be aware how we’re using the information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.

Information we collect
We collect information about you only if you are aged 13 years or older in the following ways:
Information you (or your clubs) give us. For example, your name, email, phone number, addresses and any other personal data that you may have provided your club – like dependant members etc. You may also provide us with additional information like your photo, other Social Media user id etc. We aggregate the data about you from all the clubs you are a member of.
Information we get from your use of our software. When you use the software to comment on a news item, reply to a forum post or purchase goods or services etc.; we collect and transmit these data to your club for taking necessary action. We also collect data when you view and interact with our ads/offers and content. This information includes:
We collect device specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version &unique device identifiers).
When you use our services via the App or the Web Portals, we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This includes:
Details of how you used the software, such as your search queries.
IP (Internet Protocol) address.
Device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL.

We may record your current location, using various technologies like IP address, GPS and other similar sensors. If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by turning off the location services settings for the App on your device.
We may collect and store information (including personal information) locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our service and this may include using cookies or similar technologies to identify your browser or device.
How we use information we collect
We use the information we collect from your use of the club software in the following way :
Personal details – like name, age , gender etc. – We use the data in an aggregated format that does not uniquely identify you to find out what content is generated/consumed by what demographics of people.
Your office & home address – We do not use this information unless you request shipping of a physical good/service to the address you provide.
Your financial information – like credit/debit card, bank details – MobiCom does not collect this information. You enter this information on a partner Payment Gateway company web site selected by your club. MobiCom facilitates a seamless transfer of your browsing from the App/Web Portal to the Payment Gateway partner website.
Location – We extract the city/country information from the server log to find out where most of our users are so that we may serve them more pertinent local offers. We use your fine location only to give you driving direction from your current location to your club.
Any other information - we collect these in an aggregated way, so that it does not uniquely identify you. We use to improve our offerings for all users who use our software.
Information we share
All the content you generated in the club software is shared with that particular club. At no time, if the content of one club shared with another club.
We share aggregated, personally non-identifiable data with our partner companies to improve our services and to send your club more relevant offers.
We share with law enforcement agencies any details about your account information in order to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
Data deletion request
All data deletion request received from you is passed on to your club for action.
Data that you have generated that is available to all other members of a club is not usually deleted.
Your club might have separate policies when it can delete content that you generate.
We take the utmost precaution to protect your club and you from unauthorized access and data tamper. Towards achieving the goal we employ the following means:
We encrypt most of our services using SSL.
We offer you two step verification when you register. Any password change request also has to go through the two-step verification process.
We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
